​Main Responsibilities

Creating and implementing the game asset production pipeline into the project together with the team

Tracking the team's velocity and calculating production times to identify potential risks and doing sanity checks within MS Project

Evaluating possible production scenarios with the production team

Organizing and ordering requisitions, scheduling calls, review feedback, and communication with outsourcers for game assets

Maintaining communication between cross-functional teams involved in asset production

Setting up Kanban boards according to Scrum methodology; sprinting, retrospecting, adapting workflows to the needs of team members, scheduling and tracking tasks and assets, writing Jira tickets

Supporting the senior producer with miscellaneous tasks, mainly for cinematic production

What I have learned

With Iron Harvest as my first project, I now understand the crucial steps and risks of game production from start to finish.

Knowing each member on the team enabled me to utilize tailored solutions for issues within a production pipeline.

I adapted agile practices and applied these to the satisfaction of the team.

Creating ballparks and budgeting scopes is second nature to me now.
